"I used this office for my homeowners for over 25 years and my car insurance for over 30 years. NO violations and only one claim over 15 years ago with my auto for an accident that was not my fault. For the most part it was prior to CJ Duran taking over this office. My 17 year old daughter had a very minor accident with no damage to either car and no claim made last summer. She received a two point ticket and took the safety driving course and had the two points removed from her Motor Vehicle Record. Yet, State Farm had the nerve to raise my insurance from $2000 every six months to $11,000 . I understand raising my insurance but this raise was extortion and excessive by this company. My daughter is currently out of state for school and I am supposed to paid $22,000 a year for car insurance for the next three years! I cannot believe that I would be treated so poorly after being a loyal customer for over 30 years. No one in the office cared about me, as I tried to speak to them several times, so CJ Duran's quote on his website that his customers are the center of his universe is BS! CJ Duran never even got on the phone with me! This company's treatment of my family after so many years of being a loyal customer for a simple 2 point violation that was removed from her record by Motor Vehicle months before my insurance renewed on a hydroplaning accident is despicable. She wasn't speeding, or some other horrible violation like a DUI, it was a simple rear end at a light with no damage to either vehicle and no claims made! I am filing complaints against State Farm and this office with State Farm and the State. How the heck as a family are we supposed to pay for car insurance that costs three times what her car loan is! I am paying off her car at $17,000 but have to pay for the next three years $22,000! This company is disgusting! Good riddance State Farm. PS I am giving it only one star because it wouldn't let me post without choosing stars. But, honestly, this office is no stars in my rating."

"Mr. Duran's agency is pretty hopeless. Three times I have asked them to explain one component of the pricing of an auto policy and every time they did not know the answer, promised to get back to me but never did. Mr Duran himself does dot reply to E-Mails or voice mail. Great shame as when the agency was run by John Kerlin, now retired, matters were very different."
